Myself

I have nothing to write today on this one apart from saying that its not always bush working with poor eye patients in rural Malawi.Sometimes I also look smart like on this picture when I look like one of those rich politicians in Malawi whose names are known everywhere in malawi but are doing nothing positive for my poor country.But unfortunately am not one of them.This time I was attending a stake holders Eye meeting in Cairo ,Egypt .I had the chance to see the pyramids,one of the seven wonders of the world.
